Cornelius Construction is a family owned and operated company led by Bill Cornelius. Bill Cornelius is a hands-on carpenter with a keen eye for detail. You can expect to see Bill on your jobsite working alongside his construction team. Bill is a licensed commercial and residential general contractor who specializes in luxury custom homes in Ruidoso, Alto and surrounding areas since 1980.

Bill is an active member of the Lincoln County Home Builders Association and has served on the board of LCHB for many years. Cornelius Construction has received many prestigious home builder awards including multiple Builder of the Year awards, Best Custom Home and Best Remodeled Project. Cornelius Construction homes have been featured in Ventanas and Spirit Magazines.

Bill is long time resident of Ruidoso and is well known in the community. He comes from a family with a legacy of great work ethics and values.
